We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Solar Sales Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage
• Report on market trends and client feedback
• Actively prospect and convert leads in assigned territories
• Build and nurture relationships with installers, EPC firms, and reseller

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in selling batteries, inverters, solar panels, UPS, or generators
• Energetic, persuasive, and eager to win
• Field sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven B2B sales skills and client resources
• Age: 25–35 years

Compensation

• Basic Salary: N300,000 – N500,000 (10% higher than current pay)

Commission:

• 1% of personal performance
• 1.5% on sales above $50,000
