We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Storekeeper (Finished Goods)

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• The storekeeper is saddled with responsibilities of coordinating activities within the store, accurate documentation/filling of receivables / issuance, prevent delay in operation and avoid stock shortages.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the inspecting, confirmation and accurate documentation of received stocks.
• Ensure organized store arrangements and maintain an efficient labeling system.
• Ensure proper material handling to avoid damage or contamination.
• Manages stock rotation to prevent obsolescence (FIFO/FEFO methods).
• Timely processing of requisitions from production departments and handles production returns.
• Organize the staging of goods for dispatch based on sales orders and shipment schedules and ensure all shipping documents are correct (Packing list, Invoices and Waybill).
• Suggest improvements to enhance storage efficiency and accuracy.

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

• HND / OND Degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics and other related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Maintain data integrity
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• GRN {goods receive note} creation.
• Replenishment & stock level cycle
• Capture problem solving documentation
• Achieve optimal reporting capability
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
