Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Kano

Job Summary

• We are seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store Officer to join our term. The position is located in Kano State.
• The ideal candidate will maintain accurate stock records, and ensure timely material issuance to support efficient production flow.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee accuracy and completeness of inventory records, keep an eye on and regulate inventory level; track stock movement and conduct routine stock count.
• Implement and maintain proper inventory control system to prevent losses, pilferage and Wastages;
• Ensure that all store items are properly labeled, arranged and stored in line with international best practices;
• Maintain professional relationship with vendors and ensure quality compliance for all supplied goods.
• Estimate stock needs, establish reorder levels, and ascertain the ideal stock levels,
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe store environment
• Communicate any inventory shortage, damage or loss to the Managing Director
• Prepare weekly inventory report to the Managing Director

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should obtain either: OND, HND or B.Sc., B. Ed Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical engineering or related field.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
