Reime West Africa Limited is a company offering end-to-end Telecommunication Engineering Services and setup in 2003 in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor / Manager - Civils and Infrastructure

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery & quality of Civil Works (New Greenfield, Urban or Rural Telecom Sites Construction) and customer Management.
• Responsible for the Civil & Infrastructure team employee /resources management.
• Manage the day-to-day service delivery and Customer Reporting.
• Audit the delivered service of subcontractor/partners and help subcontractor/partners improve the performance.
• Periodically report the delivered performance and achievements
• Will be responsible for customer communication, cross-organization interfacing, and external interface management.
• Develop civil BOQs/Bill of Materials (BOMs) for Civil Construction Projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above, in Management, Civil Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering or relevant degree as applicable.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Familiar with Office standard packages (Word, PowerPoint, etc)
• Experience in the Telecom Service & Infrastructure Provider organization is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of work experience, Minimum 5 years in Telecom Civils, BTS Site Construction (Greenfield) / Upgrades, Civil Infrastructure development experience.
• Excellent communication skills, Deep knowledge about the local market, Ability to manage the project progress and handle in-depth technical issues, Strong team development, and leadership skills.
