Job Title: Talent Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Ensuring each talent under your lead has a busy calendar all year long by helping to secure gigs, plan projects, and establish long-term career goals.
• Acting as talents’ advocate in negotiating contracts and lobbying on behalf of the agency and talents to secure gigs, deals and other forms of paid engagements with top brands, event promoters, movie producers etc.
• Meeting with organizations or individuals to discuss talents’ participation in a project.
• Making sure the talents meet up on their deliverables to the brands they are endorsing for as/when due.
• Providing advice for financial and professional decisions where necessary
• Managing the talent's payment schedule to ensure fees and payments are promptly collected.
• Staying updated on entertainment industry trends.
• Leveraging the talents' brand equity in order to create revenue streams and strategic partnerships.
• Managing the talent's social media accounts, emails and ensuring all booking inquiries are promptly attended to.
• Planning and managing the talent's schedule ensuring there is no clash of activities.
• Managing tours, travel, promotional appearances and events on behalf of the Agency and talents.
• Promoting and protecting the Agency and talents' image and how they are perceived by their audience.
• Any other tasks/duties as assigned by your manager/supervisor.
