Flurex Foods and Beverages Limited is a manufacturing company that specialises basically in processing raw food materials, packaging and distributing them. We are a quality conscious company and always aim to add value to our consumers with our rich basket of products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 6 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
