About the Job
Candidates should have a vast knowledge on:

• Preparation and maintaining adequate bank-wide Loss-data in conformity with global best standards.
• Preparation of scenario-based reports to stress test the operational capital charge and recommend positions to management for appropriate decision.
• Development of heatmaps to showcase business units where operational losses are being incurred and recommend action plans for mitigation.
• Supervision of bank-wide Risk and Control Self-assessment exercise to identify inherent risk in processes and provide mitigants with action plans to mitigate the identified risks.
• Conducting Risk & Control Self-Assessment of processes to identify ineffective controls and provide mitigants.
