We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Operator

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

What will you do

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and speed targets.
• Implement Autonomous Maintenance on machines at defined frequencies.
• Apply all company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to Health and Safety regulations
• Prevent product cross-contamination by ensuring equipment cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Accurately document all tasks performed, including machine operation and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to resolve machine-related issues effectively.

Our Perfect Candidate

• Minimum OND in the Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field.
• High level of drive and initiative.
• Excellent ownership mindset.
• Good communication & interpersonal relationship skills.
• At least three (3) years of relevant work experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Technician
• Detailed orientation.
• Ability to work shift rotation & extended work hours.
