Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

Job Title: Technical Sales Manager - Wireline

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to drive business development, sales performance, and customer satisfaction across our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives for Wireline services
  • Drive sales performance and revenue growth
  • Ensure adherence to company QHSE standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Electrical, or related field)
  • MBA or relevant sales certification is a plus
  • Proven track record in generating new business, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in technical sales or operations in the oil & gas industry, with a focus on Wireline services

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in computer applications, time management, and organizational skills
