We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Project Management)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for access control system installations, including electronic locks, biometric readers, turnstiles, and integrated security systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications are met in line with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to customize access control settings suitable to their needs
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, electrical, and mechanical standards.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on key metrics.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover of completed systems to clients.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of access control systems, including hardware setup, software integration and network configuration
• Provide on-site support for installations, configurations or repairs
• Support after-installation troubleshooting and ensure client satisfaction.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, manage schedules, and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for access control installations.
• Ensure routine maintenances are carried as agreed on SLA.
• Manage communication with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of access control hardware and software systems
• Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
