Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Training Instructor with expertise in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Lifting Operations to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on industry experience, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accredited and in-house HSE and Lifting Operations training (theory & practical).
• Conduct competency assessments in line with industry standards.
• Develop and update training materials to reflect current regulations and best practices.
• Ensure all training is conducted in a safe, compliant, and engaging manner.
• Maintain training equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Maintain accurate training records, assessment results, and certification documentation
• Ensure all training activities comply with JC International’s quality management system, HSE policies, and relevant legislation.
• Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in HSE and lifting regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or B.Ed in any science discipline.
• Recognized certifications in Lifting Operations & HSE (e.g., LEEA, NEBOSH, IOSH etc.).
• Minimum 6 years’ instructional experience in lifting/rigging.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
