We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telegram Operations Specialist

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Manage daily posting, announcements, and community engagement in our Telegram channel.
• Create, schedule, and optimize promotional campaigns (polls, giveaways, contests, betting-related promos).
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely and relevant posts.
• Suggest new ideas to boost channel growth, engagement, and sign-ups.
• Monitor competitor channels and share insights with the team.
• Track results of promotions (engagement, clicks, conversions) and prepare simple weekly reports.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and professionalism during the remote work setup/work-from-home
• Familiar with campaign tracking (Telegram analytics, link tracking, Google Sheets/Excel)
• With relevant experience in betting, sports content, or affiliate marketing.
• Applications with no experience in the above-mentioned field will be ignored
• Knowledgeable with local football and betting culture.
• Experience running or moderating Telegram groups/channels.

Salary
USD200 - USD300 / Month (NGN300,000-NGN465,000 approx.monthly) with performance bonuses.
