Job Title: Telesales Intern
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Present a positive brand image by acting as a contact for potential clients.
  • Educate clients on range of products and services available. Offer support in identifying their needs and advise on adequate product and service packages.
  • Effectively manage all device issues escalated from walk- in customers.
  • Escalate / arrange physical meet up of sales team with clients as requested.
  • Actively contribute to attaining revenue targets by upselling and ensuring client satisfaction and referrals.
  • Close sales and attain assigned targets of revenue and brand awareness.
  • Follow up to ensure prompt provisioning and activation of new subscribers.
  • Manage leads by tracking and following up on contacts assigned from the marketing team.
  • Manage leads generated privately.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.

Salary
N45,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
