Job Title: Tender Lead

Job Summary 

• We are recruiting a Tender Lead to drive its bid strategy. Known for innovative "Seabed to Surface" services, our client partners with major IOCs and NOCs across West Africa.

Your Mission

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Develop technical/commercial proposals in synergy with cross functional teams such as engineering, legal, finance, etc.
• Prepare executive summaries that highlight competitive differentiators.

Client & Market Intelligence:

• Build relationships with key procurement officers to anticipate tender opportunities.
• Conduct post-bid analysis to refine future strategies.

Tender Strategy & Execution:

• Lead end-to-end bid management for RFPs/RFQs from IOCs (Shell, Chevron), NNPC, and EPC firms.
• Develop competitive pricing models aligned with project risks and margins.
• Ensure 100% compliance with NCDMB Nigerian Content requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical/Petroleum) or Business Admin.
• 5-8 years Experience in Oil and Gas tendering (IOCs i.e. SHELL, Chevron, Mobil, etc and other EPICM projects preferred).
• Expertise in NNPC/NAPIMS tender protocols and Nigerian Content plans.
• Advanced Excel + proposal writing skills; ERP experience a plus.
• Expertise in managing tender portals such as NiPEX, PIMS, Ariba,Smart-GEP, Intend-host, etc

Advantageous:

• PMP certification or MBA.
• Professional memberships e.g. COREN, NSE, etc.

Salary

• N800,000 per month.
