• This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals between the ages of 18 and 27 years, holding an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in the following fields:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Welding and Fabrication
  • Auto Electricians
  • Computer Science
  • Science Lab Technology
  • Mathematics and Statistics
  • Physics
  • Refrigeration and Airconditioning (R&A, HVAC units)
• As a Trainee Operator, you will have the chance to work alongside our experienced team and gain valuable industry exposure.
• This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in ceramics and tiles production, allowing you to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
• It's a steppingstone towards building a successful career in the industry.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any of the mentioned fields
• Passion for learning and a strong desire to excel in the industry.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
