It operates in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, with a focus on projects in Port Harcourt and its surrounding area.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training Cordinator
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address specific training needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding training opportunities and career development.
• Design and create training materials, including manuals, online courses, and workshops.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, or similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CIPM, ) is an advantage.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and content management systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of training methods and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
