Job Title: Transaction Service / Customer Support Officer

Job Description / Role Summary

• The Transaction Service / customer support officer is a corporate executive tasked with supporting clients and shareholders.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between the shareholders and the company to ensure complaints are resolved promptly.
• Establishes, maintains, and coordinates an effective partnership with the clients, and shareholder collaboration.
• Evaluate client and shareholder needs and identify the resources to accomplish the goal.
• Sells available capital market products to both existing and prospective customers. This includes interacting directly with the customer, determining the customer's needs, and evaluating sales potential.
• Cold call as appropriate within the geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Requirements

• BSc. in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field with 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of the Capital Market will be an advantage.
• Experience in partnering with an executive team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of processes.

• Excellent documentation skills

• Adequate knowledge of the capital market and its operations

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
