We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Transcriber
Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Job Type: Part-time / Freelance

Job Summary
Audio Bee has a Transcription project available to train speech-to-text technologies. For the project, you, as a transcriptionist, will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Segmenting and annotating the audio
• Create written forms for the segmented audio

• Oromo
• Akan

• Hausa
• Igbo
• Yoruba
• Kinyarwanda
• Wolof
• Somali

Essential Skills and Experience Required

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 1 year of experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Availability to work remotely.
• Must be quick to understand and implement feedback.
• Able to handle detail-oriented work
• Good comprehension and writing skills in the language/s chosen
• High level of independence, adaptation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Salary Rate
USD 37 per audio hour
