Job Description

• We're seeking a curious and empathetic UX Researcher to join our team of innovators in Lagos.
• As a UX Researcher, you'll play a critical role in uncovering user needs, behaviors, and motivations that inform our design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Develop and maintain research plans, protocols, and reports
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and methodologies in UX research.
• Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into design solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of UX research principles, methodologies, and tools

Salary
N550,000 - N950,000 monthly.
