Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict clients' future needs
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company' unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum ND / HND preferably in the Social Sciences or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing or business development experience
  • Ability to drive business growth and development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and challenges

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly

 

 

 

Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Full Time

Position Overview

  • The primary component of this role is to supervise the cleaning teams in performing cleaning duties and associated tasks.
  • Work will be performed in accordance with the Company's Operations Handbook, and within the framework of existing schedules.

General Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Manager / Head Office on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.
  • Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
  • Ensure that the Company's policies and procedures are adhered to by staff.
  • Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Headoffice.
  • Ensure that all staff wear all appropriate PPE.
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the Headoffice.
  • Monitor standards and compliance of work performed by outsourced contractors.
  • Monitor and assist in planning for holiday work requirements.
  • Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
  • Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.
  • Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment and materials.
  • Assist the Manager to maintain the asset register.
  • Monitor and report absenteeism to the Headoffice.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidate must have HND / BSc qualification in applicable field.
  • Experience:  2 - 5 years
  • Physically fit the role requires walking, lifting, bending and other physical abilities
  • Computer literacy advantageous
  • Experience with supervising cleaning services is desirous.
  • Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking
  • Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.

Salary

  • N50,000 - N75,000 monthly.

 

 

 

Job Title: Security Officer

Location:

Qualifications

  • O'level and OND applicant with one pass port.
  • 2 years experience in Security.

Salary

Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire an attentive Cleaner to join our team. In this position, you will be required to dust surfaces, vacuum and mop floors, and clean windows. The Cleaner should also be able to remove stains from various surfaces.
  • To be successful as a Cleaner, you should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period. Ultimately, a top-performing Cleaner should be physically fit and able to perform with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
  • Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
  • Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
  • Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
  • Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done.
  • Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
  • Emptying trash cans.
  • Washing and drying windows.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND Certificate
  • Minimum of 0 - 5 years experience

Salary
N20,000 - N35,000 Monthly
