Established in August 2011 by Mayowa Olatunbosun Ajayi (Mr.), Just Gas Ltd, an existing incorporated company established among other things to carry out business in the distribution of LPG (Cooking gas) and diesel with a wide array of partnering consultants, professionals, engineers, industry giants, team players, wholesalers and retailers was engaging in a process of career metamorphosis and days of skill acquisition in Oil and Gas, leadership and management. We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:   Job Title: Female Company Secretary Location: Lagos Job Description

• Maintaining diaries, handling correspondence and arranging appointments.
• Organizing and attending to meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) within and outside Lagos (as the case may be)
• Typing, preparing and collating reports on the computer system.
• Handle daily Banking transactions

Requirements

• Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Team spirit.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Attention to details
• Computer literacy, the ability to use standard software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office).
• Must be female
• Age limit 21 - 28
• Candidates must live within or around these environs: Alakuko, Fagba, Agege, Toll-gate, Iju-Ishaga, Abule-Egba, Olaniyi, U-Turn only
• OND, HND or BSc. (with nysc certificate) can apply.
• Good looking, fashionable and out-spoken
• Good English proficiency and Letter writing skill.
• Ability to work and run with instruction.
• Proactive, integrity and ability to work with little supervision.
