We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Human Resource Personnel Location: Lagos Job Description

• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Manage staff Pensions, benefits administration (HMO) and ITF
• Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
• Prepare and update staff handbook.
• Monitoring staff performance and attendance
• Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
• Negotiating salaries for contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Recruiting, preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Be actively involved in recruitment.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes
• Any other duty assigned.

Requirements

• B.Sc in any course
• 5 years’ experience as an HR Personnel
• Ability to Multi task.
