• Developing a network of relevant contacts to buttress recruitment efforts
• Undertaking relevant professional development efforts to improve on the job performance.
• Enhancing existing relationships of the company with educational institutions in the country for student recruitment for foreign universities
• Developing and Implementing strategies for the recruitment of students from Schools and Universities
• Liaising with key persons in educational institutions to effectively carryout student recruitment campaigns

Person Specification

• A Self motivated and dynamic personality
• A marketing-oriented individual
• Ability to manage and take ownership of client relationships.
• A university graduate with a good Degree
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Preferably Experienced in international student referrals or recruitment for foreign studies.
