Job Title: Head of Operations Location: Lagos Job Requirements

Must be physically and mentally fit and active.
Teachable and Learnable.
Skilled in leadership, research, analytical and critical thinking.
Proficient in Microsoft Softwares and Google Docs
Ability to understand the workings of new operating systems. Especially if not from an NGO background.
Ability to engage in multiple assignments concurrently and complete them error free.
Have strong managerial ability to lead a team to success and also motivates them.
Have strong ability to make good decisions.
Be brand reputation cautious.
