Vacancy For Head of Sales In A Leading Systems Integrator & Connectivity Firm

It delivers the most reliable, robust, high performance IT solutions and services IT infrastructure to industries, corporate, residential, off-shore and rural areas clients. They are in need of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: Head of Sales Location: Lagos Job Responsibilities Sales Management:

  • Establishing and managing a national sales strategy for sales teams at all branches
  • Setting targets and a support structure that aids sales personnel in achieving targets
  • Devising and administering sales tools and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales team efforts
  • Managing sales team performance and post-sales account management of existing clients
  • Target: You shall be responsible for the sales target
Business Development:
  • You will coordinate your efforts with other departments/Units and ensure that all directives and operational guidelines are followed.
  • You will be required to submit a daily operations update which will include all invoicing, collections and potential clients.
  • You are expected to generate presentations, offers, and proposals on the company products and services in the course of your work.
  • You are expected to have a good working relationship with your colleagues as there should be no issues between you and any staff within the company.
  • You may be assigned to other tasks that are relevant to your Department’s operations from time to time.
  • Assisting in the development of new products in accordance with client requirements.
  • Planning and implementing a go-to-market plan and process for all products
  • You will be expected to familiarize yourself, through formal and informal training, of all aspects of the company’s product and services and ensure every effort is made at achieving company overall objectives and your sales target.
  • You will oversee general department performance against set targets per month which will include the following departments: operations and accounting.
  • You will ensure all the proper company processes are followed which includes proper documentation, invoicing and payment collection for each sale.
Job Requirements
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • B.A/B.Sc/HND in Business Management/Admin or relevant course
  • Professional qualification and Master's Degree is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in similar field
