Backbone Connectivity Network is a limited Liability Company, incorporated in 2004 and licensed by the Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) to provide Metropolitan Fibre Access and National Long-Distance Transmission services. It has additional licenses to provide Internet Services and Unified Communication Solutions.

Our company has since grown from primarily providing carrier services to a Unified Communication Service Provider, providing the best of connectivity and Internet Access Services to organisations across various sectors both locally and internationally.

Job Title: Head, Customer Experience

Location: Abuja

About the Role

  • We are seeking for an  experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Head, Customer Experience.
  • The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing strategic customer accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
  • With a focus on excellence in customer service, service delivery and relationship management, the Head will lead by example and serve as a key liaison between our company and our valued clients.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a First Degree in Social Sciences or Humanities
  • MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in leadership roles with Cutover Service, Key Account Management, Telemarketing, or Billing Reconciliation.
