Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos Island (CMS), Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for timely resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account issues
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of proven experience in customer service, preferably in telecom or ICT
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software is an advantage
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
