We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: HR Executive Location: Lagos Job Description The HR Executive will work in partnership with the management to provide a comprehensive set of services, advice and support to Ellae Employees. The HR Executive will work proactively to ensure employees are able to deliver their work accountabilities effectively through advising, coaching and provision of appropriate tools, as well as supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives. This will involve:

• Minimising risk to the business
• Recruitment and selection
• HR Administration
• HR Management
• Compensation and benefits.
• Support with building a positive work culture
• Improving and maintaining employee engagement
• Delivering appropriate people solutions
• Providing advice and support with Health and Safety and Wellbeing
• Advice on best practice, processes and legislation
• Providing staffing solutions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR.
