Requirements:

• At least bachelor’s degree in human resource/personnel management, industrial relations, business management, social sciences or related field, with at least Second class upper degree.
• At least 5- 8 years’ experience (of which 3-5 years must have been in technology industry; with hands-on experience in the use of technology solutions)
• Experience in HR management applications.
• Tech savvy.
• Must have relevant HR Certifications.

Requirements

• A Full stack developer with key languages.
• At least 7- 10 years’ experience at management level in technology company with at least half of that time in a fintech, ecommerce or human resource management company. Must have requisite experience or be keenly interested in artificial intelligence, blockchain technology and software integration.
• Must be passionate about innovation, artificial intelligence and software development.
