  • The Fleet Manager will be in charge of the general flow of express delivery, maintenance of delivery vehicles, asset licensing & insurance; and supervision of dispatch riders.
Key Objectives
  • The Key of objectives of the Logistics Operation Officer position include:
  • Managing flow of express delivery
  • Supervising logistics & customer service staff
  • Vehicle maintenance
  • Supervise all outlet maintenance
Responsibilities Driver Coordination:
  • Creating and overseeing driver schedule
  • Coordinating driver responsibilities
Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Ensuring vehicles are properly maintained
  • Vehicles quality management
  • Timely servicing of vehicles
  • Maintenance of delivery motorcycles
  • Coordination of vehicle fuelling
Distribution Management:
  • Supervising & ensuring express delivery to clients
  • Liaising with outlets and customer service staff to ensure expedited dispatch operations
  • Tracking of delivery vis-a-vis production
Inventory Management:
  • Taking delivery of inventory and ensuring proper storage
  • Identification of reorder level for items in storage and request for procurement
  • Keeping record of all inventory
  • Miscellaneous procurement and payments of office expenses
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant field
  • At least 5 years cognate experience with 2 years’ experience in similar position
  • Relevant certification would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be incredibly Energetic
  • Customer centric.
    Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location: Abuja Job Type: Permanent Job Summary
  • The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all store operations to ensure an uninterrupted supply of products; management of the warehouse & store activities in line with prevailing best practices, liaising with the company’s authorized clearing agents and general local logistics on customers’ orders in a timely and efficient manner, for enhancing the group’s ability to meet the company’s’ goals and objectives.
  • Undertake regular audits of the Store / Warehouse to provide assurance that all movements have been correctly recorded;
  • Maintain a database of all goods movements;
  • Stocktaking/inventory control;
  • Diesel consumption database/tracking
  • Ensures the coordination of the activities related to the management of assets of the company. Interacting with other departments to ensure the proper functioning of all systems in the company;
  • Ensures the timely delivery of goods so that business operations are not interrupted;
  • Sets ordering thresholds for commonly-used items;
  • Develop and implement written procedures for warehouse operations;
  • Ensure that schedules and guidelines for the maintenance of company assets are strictly adhered to;

    Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer Location: Abuja Job Type: Permanent Job Summary
  • The Digital Marketing Officer would be responsible for unifying various digital marketing activities across all touch points, with the aim of complementing and reinforcing the impact of each marketing method, while simultaneously enhancing the customer experience.
  • Assist the Brand Manager in implementing overall digital marketing plan - to increase engagement and products sales;
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools;
  • Create graphic designs that meet specific commercial or promotional needs;
  • Design custom posts and ads that build brand awareness and drive business leads;
  • Writing informative and effective search engine optimized posts on company blog;

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
  • Graduate with a B.Sc. or HND from any Tertiary institution
  • At least one (1) year working experience in SEO or Digital Marketing
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, SEO tools, keyword research, link analysis, data analytics and content development
  • Good background in graphic design with sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite experience (e.g. Photoshop) and Corel Draw
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Proficient with the use of MS Suites
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Understands and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management and measurement tools (e.g. HootSuite, Google Analytics and Facebook Insights) and email marketing applications (e.g. Constant Contact)
    Job Title: Corporate Communications Officer Location: Abuja Job Type: Permanent Job Summary
  • The Corporate Communications’ Officer will be responsible for internal/external communications, managing LVP’s corporate reputation and brand, organising product launches, supporting the development of the communication strategy, developing corporate social responsibility initiatives, facilitating positive donor perception and crises management.
  • The role will also be responsible for promoting our services through engaging activities and events; initiating communications geared towards stimulating growth, value and overall profitability of the company.
Responsibilities Strategy:
  • This role is accountable for leading the strategic development of communication plans and elevating the organisation's corporate profile.
  • Responsible for developing a consistent internal and external corporate brand messaging strategy that is reflected across all LVP programs.
Content Development:
  • Create content which is super focused on making LVP a leader in each segment of its business portfolio;
  • Generate regular content that highlights the achievements of the company;
  • Design, proofread and revise communications to be published through all the company’s communication channels;
  • Creating and supporting the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films, and multimedia programs.
  • Web and Social Media Management:
  • Maintaining and updating information on the organisation’s website, scheduling and publishing contents on the social media platforms;
  • Drive growth of social media followership and engagement.
  • Public Relations and Community Building:
  • Build strong relationships with press locally and internationally to ensure LVP continuously gets positive media coverage;
  • Write press releases for announcements and ensure distribution among appropriate media contacts;
  • Carry out community building and advocacy efforts both online and offline;
  • Responsible for aggressively growing usage and engagement of LVP online forum.
