• Manage RFI’s and RFP’s from a creative standpoint.
• Understands and appreciates the nature and value their client’s brand.
• Proficient in discussing the client's core message and target audience.
• Ability to generate lots of fresh, original ideas from a brief task Areas.
• Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy.
• Ensures the production of high quality creative work that enhances the reputation of the agency.
• Lead the unified process of concept, design, production and/or interactive/web/video/motion graphics for new proposals.
• Translate client objectives and marketing briefs into a design direction that involves 2D, 3D and interactive design solutions.
• Write and present cohesive and persuasive rationales for project approaches.
• Ensure that client presentations are on time, professional, engaging, persuasive and supported by a sound rationale.
• Ensure engagement in web-based and interactive marketing capabilities.

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in similar position with measurable results.
• Thorough understanding of art direction, copywriting and the overall conceptual process.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, MS PowerPoint, Photoshop and other related software.
• Ability to develop out of the box ideas and creative for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.
• Ability to design, understand designs and smart copy.
• Great interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Thorough understanding of our clients and their business/industry.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency to obtain results, meet deadlines and produce accurate work.
