• B.Sc /BA with a minimum of second class lower
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Competency with Microsoft Office software especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work in time-sensitive and stressful situations.
• Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a similar role
• Ability to develop KPIs
• Proven ability to coach, counsel, and support the professional growth of a team.
• Excellent presentation skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
