Job Title: Verification Officer

Location: Lekki 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a reliable and diligent Verification Officer who will be responsible for field assessment and every activity related to the verification of our client documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of all verifications and reporting in compliance with the outlined processes
• Conduct detailed background checks of individuals and their guarantors
• Timely follow-up and closure of assigned verification checks
• Serves as liaison with verification vendors
• Ensure the champion's data and reports are complete, accurate and consistent
• Conduct verification on matters entrusted within the team
• Gather recorded statements and documentation
• Organize all the collected data and information.
• Background screening
• Conduct detailed checks of Criminal records
• Conduct pre-hire screening and Employment verification
• Delivery of confidential documents

Requirements

• BSc /HND in any relevant discipline
• 3+ years of core experience working with a verification company
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High level of initiative.
• Proximity to the job location is key
• Demonstrated experience with qualitative methods
• Strong oral and written communication
• The ability to speak the native language is an added advantage

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
