We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties / Responsibilities

• To plan and manage the receiving, handling, delivery and storage of products for company customers in an efficient way, ensure stock accuracy and quality assurance standards strictly implemented according to space management and company procedures with minimum cost.
• Manage warehouse associates, organize workflow and ensuring up to date safety regulations.
• Plans the daily distribution of products among receiving, storage and delivery operations in order to maximize warehouse staff productivity and storage efficiency
• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
• Report inventory of both raw materials and finished goods ensure re-order level standards are maintained.
• Excellent implementation of Bin Card process for optimum result
• Ensures that all inventory transactions are daily updated on the system.
• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive Management and other team leads
• Ensures customer satisfaction and attend to customer complaints in order to support sales in achieving the company target
• Ensures that products are stored in the designated locations according to Company procedures and that the Warehouse damages are reduced

Required Skills / Abilities

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Logistics or related fields
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Must reside around Ibeju Lekki axis.
• 5-6 years working in FMCG Organization three of which must be in a Managerial role
• Excellent reporting skills
• Must maintain high level of integrity and discipline
