Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

About the Job

• The Warehouse (Distribution Centre – DC) is a service center for delivering exceptional customer experience, which is the backbone of our business financial success. 
• It is supervised by a customer centric minded Warehouse Officer, who is a skilled multitasker and will oversee the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse, including coordination of staffs, assigning task and monitoring performance, to ensure productivity, quality and safety targets are met.

Requirements
Critical Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• Must have HND or B.Sc. or B.A Degree with 3 years minimum experience
• Have good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse practices.
• Be able to account for all products in and out of the warehouse.
• Physically and mentally sound
• Must be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
• The Warehouse Officer must be result-oriented and able to manage teams motivate staff and foster a positive work environment. 
• Ensuring the efficient and effective management of warehouse operations, in compliance with business standards and procedures maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality and environmental health & safety.
• Must possess high standard integrity, honesty, faithfulness, transparency and openness.
• Must be able to lead people and demonstrate commitment and ownership.
• Have effective communication ability
• Must show commitment and take ownership of the job.

Skills / Competencies:

• Demonstrate a good understanding of warehouse management principles.
• Should have strong communication skills.
• Must have an analytical mindset.
• Have strong attention to details.
• Able to prioritize task and manage time efficiently.
• Efficient records keeping abilities
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to supervise and manage team and non-team members to deliver business goals and targets for the warehouse.
