About the Job

• The Wealth Manager will be responsible for facilitating business growth through the sales of deposit products across retail, high net-worth individuals (HNI), and corporate clients, with the goal of meeting a monthly deposit mobilization target of at least N200 million.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly deposit mobilization targets of N200 million
• Utilize high-end presentation tools and skills to attract and manage deposit clients
• Deliver increasing deposit portfolio performance and provide regular reports
• Engage with the product team to develop new products and select suitable investment strategies
• Analyze clients' investment portfolios and identify opportunities for asset re-allocation to generate additional yield or minimize investment risk.
• Foster beneficial relationships with new and existing clients to retain and attract new business
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline and network of clients for deposit products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company product knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales and business development experience in the banking/financial sector, dealing with HNI clients
• Understanding of asset management services, trends, including portfolio management, financial planning, and client reporting
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and processes.
• Strong understanding of deposit mobilization, reporting, and presentation skills
• Good understanding of cross-border fund schemes and investment tools
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian capital market (an added advantage)

Compensation

• Base salary: N500,000 monthly
• Up to N1,000,000 total monthly salary target is met.
