Job Overview

• The Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites that meet client needs and objectives.
• This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and an understanding of the latest web design trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites that provide an optimal user experience across all devices.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality web designs.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and search engine performance.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues or bugs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Implement and customize web designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Certification in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Designer, preferably in an ad agency or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects and demonstrating a range of design styles and technical skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation using tools like After Effects.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of server-side languages such as PHP, Ruby, or Python.
