Qualifications
Required Experience

• MUST HAVE PROVEN experience in web application development/design
• At least 4 years experience of collaborative web development methodologies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science/MIS/CIS or other technical discipline
• Interest and knowledge of the community based web applications and trends
• Experience with Adobe CS5 Photoshop, adobe e-learning suite or adobe captivate, Flex/Flash Builder, Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008

• The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for user interface details as well as the ability to write clean and efficient application code.
• This candidate will be able to cut up an artist's design to build Flex applications and websites using Photoshop, Adobe Flex 3.X+, HTML/XHTML, ASP.NET and CSS.

• Website samples and portfolio are required. Experience building e-learning courses will be an added advantage.
