Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

Location: Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos

Job Description

• Conduct audit of maintenance and workshop operations for quality review
• Oversee maintenance across multiple maintenance teams.
• Oversee on-the-road recovery for bus breakdowns.
• Oversee the work of contractors to ensure safety as well as operating and quality standards are met.
• Perform on-the-job coaching to team members.
• Fabrication and Interpretation of Metal , Steel and Aluminium breakdown
• Manage team's performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee housekeeping and availability of workshop tools and equipment.
• Perform other related functions required in the workshop.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: OND
• Exprience: 3 years.

Salary
N600,000 - N720,000 Annually.
