Purchasing Manager Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

The following common skills and qualifications are required of a Purchasing Manager:

  • Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
  • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
