A dynamic and fast growing real estate development firm is seeking to employ suitably qualified individuals to fill the following vacancies for a project at Calabar, Cross River state:



1.       Quantity Surveyor/Procurement officer – Mid level (12 months contract)
Requirements
·       HND/Degree in Quantity surveying with a minimum of 3years experience and must be resident in Calabar
2.       Accounts officer – Mid level (12 months contract)
Requirements
·       HND/Degree in Accounting with minimum of 3 years cognate experience and must be resident in Calabar
3.       Building construction supervisor (12 months contract)
Requirements
·       HND/Degree in Civil engineering, Architecture or Building Technology with a minimum of 3 years cognate experience and must be resident in Calabar
4.       Store keeper – Junior Level (12 months contract)
Requirements
OND/HND/Degree in Quantity surveying, civil engineering, Architecture or building technology with a minimum of 1year cognate experience and must be resident in Calabar
5.       Production supervisor – Junior Level (7 months contract)
Requirements
OND in civil engineering with minimum of 1 year site experience and must be resident in Calabar
