Job Position in a Leading Media Agency for a Executive Assistant to the General Manager

Human Edge Limited – Our client, a subsidiary of
Nigeria’s leading media agency, is seeking to make an immediate
appointment of a seasoned executive to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the General Manager
Ref: AN/117/EA
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the General Manager’s appointments and travel itineraries
  • Ensuring that the CEO’s appointments, meetings with internal
    (staff) and external (clients, suppliers and the general public) are
    efficiently scheduled
  • Playing a supportive role in helping the General Manager to execute his personal deliverables
  • Receiving and managing correspondence addressed to the office of the General Manager

Job Requirements

  • A good first degree in Human Resources Management, Business
    Administration or the Social Sciences; an MBA or relevant Master’s
    degree qualification will be an added advantage
  • Ability to manage time and projects efficiently while also paying attention to details
  • Candidate must be computer literate and have strong research skills
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a demanding
    environment, often under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive
    and efficient
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
