Our client- A Reputable multinational  company is Looking for HR Manager to manage West Africa region, we are  recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Nigeria
Requirements/Responsibilities:
  • HR Policies development;
  • Recruitment & Selection;
  • Employee Engagement;
  • Organizational Development;
  • Team management;
  • Compliance and audit.
Experience:
  • 5-12 years in HR field in large companies.
  • Excellent people assessment skills
  • Deep understanding of talent market, hiring trends and processes
  • Excellent knowledge of ER environment, including relevant legislation
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Well-developed understanding of the measurement and evaluation of HR activities with a focus on responding positively to a constantly changing environment to ensure that HR provides an efficient and effective service to its customers.
