In other to meet our growth objectives, we are looking for a self-managed and very experienced professional to fill the position below:     Job Title: Real Estate Developer Location: Lagos Qualification/Experience

• Minimum of 10 years experience in the same industry
• Minimum of HND/B.Sc
• Must have worked or currently working in real estate industry or construction company.

• The Van Sales Representative is to ensure that the company’s products are visible and properly merchandise in all relevant sales outlets in the assigned route.

• Sales strictly on Cash basis
• Collect data and cash reconciliation
• Ensure value chain compliance and implementation
• To achieve direct load out and redistribution of stocks from distributors’ warehouse to retail outlets within assigned Routes
• To achieve effective coverage of retail outlets in assigned Routes.
• To establish, maintain and expand sales/outlet base by continually recruiting new outlets weekly.
• To effectively execute Sales drivers/objectives in all covered outlets.

• Basic arithmetic and cash reconciliation skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain your enthusiasm and energy on the job is essential
• Must be resident in ilorin.
• OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc in any field with 2-3 years Sales Rep experience
• Ideal candidate must be able to drive with a valid driver's license
• Basic Communication Skills (verbal, written)

• N50, 000 per month.
