Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff
• Handle employee queries and provide support as needed
• Organize staff training, development programs, and performance appraisals
• Support disciplinary and grievance procedures professionally.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., attendance, leaves)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
