Plan and Manage Security and General Administrative Services
Develop, Maintain cordial relations with workers and Security Controllers
Coordinate and Monitor Activities of Suppliers to Ensure Facility Needs are being met.
Inspect Equipment and Facility Structures and Determine if repairs are Needed
Develop and Implement Cost Reduction Initiatives
Prepare And Track Facility Expense Budget

Job Title: Site Maintenance Engineer Location: Lagos Job Responsibilities

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
Responding to breakdowns
Diagnosing faults
Repairing equipment
Supervising engineering and technical staff
Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
Managing budgets
Maintaining statistical and financial records
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Creating maintenance procedures
Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
