- Plan and Manage Security and General Administrative Services
- Develop, Maintain cordial relations with workers and Security Controllers
- Coordinate and Monitor Activities of Suppliers to Ensure Facility Needs are being met.
- Inspect Equipment and Facility Structures and Determine if repairs are Needed
- Develop and Implement Cost Reduction Initiatives
- Prepare And Track Facility Expense Budget
Job Title: Site Maintenance Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
- Responding to breakdowns
- Diagnosing faults
- Repairing equipment
- Supervising engineering and technical staff
- Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
- Managing budgets
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Creating maintenance procedures
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
