We're recruiting for the following personnel:

Job Title: Site Architect

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site Supervision: Managing all architectural aspects of a construction project from start to finish on the actual construction site. 
• Design: Proficient with Architectural design softwares.
• Coordination: Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any design-related issues and ensure smooth workflow. 
• Progress Monitoring: Conducting regular site inspections to track progress, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective 
• measures. 
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of site progress, including reports, drawings, and photographic documentation. 
• Problem Solving: Addressing any unexpected technical difficulties or other problems that arise during construction. 
• Communication: Communicating effectively with all parties involved in the project. 
• Technical Advice: Providing technical expertise and guidance on architectural matters. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Sc Architecture
• Architectural Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes. 
• Technical Drawing Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. 
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources. 
• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of construction professionals.
• Must reside within Lekki axis.

Salary: N180,000
