Team Leader:
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Manage properties / estates on behalf of owners / Estate Resident Associations
- Initiate, process and manage real estate investment portfolios
- Arrange for title searches, conduct title processing / surveys and carry out due diligence on properties.
- Initiate, coordinate and close property sales on behalf of the company
- Initiate, coordinate and close property leases /letting on behalf of the company
- Identify potential property development schemes under the joint venture model which the firm can participate in
- Identify potential strategic lands for site and service projects

- E-commerce delivery support
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos
Roles
- Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads for all the retail products
- Research the needs of other companies to identify those that require the services the company renders and learn about the key decision makers
- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events
- Explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company products or services, following them up so as to close the business deals
- Respond to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company's products / services
- Establish a knowledge storehouse of clients, referrals, presentations and prospects.
- Onboard new vendors unto AT&A Retail platforms and populate users
- Actively engage all platform users in activities that result in patronage
- Manage day to day operations of the platforms to process orders and coordinate the delivery riders for speedy deliveries
- Manage the relationship with the e-commerce platform provider(s)
- Ensure that the e-commerce elements on the websites are fully functional at all times and meet customer needs.
- Identify best practice and make recommendations where appropriate
- Implement corporate brand strategies and tactics to drive all e-commerce sales
- Drive followership on our social media pages
Job Title: Real Estate Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description

- Must be registered at the Securities & Exchange Commission and have significant track records as a Fund Manager.
- He / She must have handled investment analyst roles before becoming a Fund Manager;
Job Title: Asset Manager
Location: Lagos
- Drive product creation to suit client / investor appetite.
- Meet with investors to discuss investment opportunities and strategies
- Create, organize and manage client portfolios
- Will analyze financial data and liaise directly with investment analysts to make informed decisions for our clients
- Effectively manage client assets according to their investment preferences.
- Knowledgeable about financial products available to corporate and individual clients, including bonds, stocks, investments, and trusts
- Must be able to assess and interpret complicated financial information
- Will make decisions about financial and investment opportunities on behalf of clients; buy shares and bonds on behalf of clients, and invest in property and other things, in an attempt to make as much money for the client as possible
- Will be involved in deposit mobilization
