Job Description

• We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account and Operations Assistant. 
• This role is ideal for a young graduate who is eager to learn and grow within the finance and operations function of a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely record-keeping of financial and operational data
• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Supporting routine reporting and administrative duties as assigned
• Maintaining organized digital and physical files
• Communicating professionally with customers and internal teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of BSc in Accounting, Finance, or any other related field from any reputable university
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is an added advantage
• 0–1 year experience – this is an entry-level position, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
