Accountant at Double PPC Aluminium & Steel Company

Double PPC is a major distributor for aluminium and steel products. The company is into the buying and selling of aluminium products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Agege, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Financial Statement Preparation:

• Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.

Financial Record Keeping:

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.

Compliance and Auditing:

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Requirements

• The candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
